(1) The government of Nepal will publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and charge a bail fee at the rate specified in the same notice for the bail given in accordance with section (14). (2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal may fully or partially waive the bail fee charged in accordance with that sub-section.
(3) According to sub-section (2), if the Government of Nepal grants any exemption, the notification of such exemption shall be published in the Nepal Gazette.
